ضمن فعاليات افتتاح المركز الثقافي الجديد لمؤسسة عبد المحسن القطان، افتتاح معرض العلوم التفاعلي "الحركة والسكون – تضاد وتكامل"


تحاكي معروضات الحركة والسكون الحركات الفيزيائيّة، بعلاقتها مع الزمن والسرعة والإزاحة والقوة، سواء أعايشنا تلك الحركات جسديّاً أم أدركناها ذهنياً. زوّار هذا الحيّز سيتحرّكون فيه، وسيتحرّك بدوره حولهم.

الحركة والسّكون متضادّان يتفاعلان في خمس معروضاتٍ علميّة، وهي (القرص الدوّار، قرص الاتزان، بدّل وطيّر، رافعة باسكال، وغرفة الغموض)، إضافة إلى معرض الهارمونوغرافات، صمّمها وبناها فريق استوديو العلوم، أحد مشاريع برنامج البحث والتطوير التربويّ في مؤسسة عبد المحسن القطّان، ومرّتْ جميعها بعمليّة بحثٍ ونمذجة وتقييم، وجرّبها أطفالٌ وعائلاتهم ومعلّموهم على مدار الأشهر الماضية ولديكم الآن فرصة تجريب جديدة.

العلوم والفنون والتكنولوجيا تتكامل هنا، يمكن تلمُّس العلاقات فيما بينها. هنا فرصة لتعلمٍ حرٍ يدمج بين اللعب والاستقصاء المعرفي.

As a part of the opening of the new Cultural Centre of A.M. Qattan Foundation, we invite you to attend the interactive Science Exhibition "Motion and Stillness".

“Motion and Stillness” exhibits physical movements and their relation to time, velocity, displacement and force, whether we experience such movements with our bodies or perceive them with our minds. Visitors will move into the space and the space will move around them.

“Motion” and “Stillness” are two contradictories that interact in five science exhibits (Rotation Disk, Balance Disk, Cycle and Let Fly, Pascal Crane, Mystery Room), in addition to the Harmonograph Room designed and fabricated by the Science Studio team- one of the projects implemented by the Educational Research & Development Programme at the A.M. Qattan Foundation. All the exhibits went through research, prototyping and an evaluation processes with children, their families and teachers over the past few months. Now, you have a new opportunity to experience them.

In this space, science, art and technology are integrated, and you can feel such a relationship. Here, there is a chance for free learning that combines play and inquiry.
