تنفذ مؤسسة ميرسي كور بالشراكة مع شركة زقوت وبتمويل من الحكومة الهولندية مشروع تطوير القدرات التسويقية والتنافسية للشركات المحلية . تتوفر في الشركة فرصة تدريب مدفوعة الأجر في مجال هندسة الجودة الفنية لمدة 6 أشهر لخريجين جدد مع وجود فرص للتثبيت في حال كفاءة المتدرب و مساهمته في تطوير أداء الشركة أثناء فترة التدريب.

تأسست شركة ومصنع زقوت عام 1995 في قطاع غزة وتعد شركة زقوت الشركة الرائدة في مجال الأعمال المعدنية بمختلف أشكالها وأحجامها. توسع مجال عمل الشركة في عام 2003 بإضافة قسم مختص بصناعة الأثاث المدرسي وقامت الشركة باستثمارات عديدة لانشاء خط متكامل ومجهز بأحدث الألات والمعدات لتشكيل المعادن وصناعة البلاستيك وتمتلك اليوم منشأة صناعية هي الأكبر في قطاع غزة في تلك المجالات.

سيتولى مهندس الجودة الفنية تنفيذ فحوصات الجودة على عمليات الانتاج خلال المرحلة التحضيرية وخلال الانتاج والمرحلة النهائية بالإضافة لإدارة عمليات الاستلام والتخزين للمواد.

Announcement for an internship opportunity: Quality Control Engineer – Zakout Company

Mercy Corp, in partnership with Zakout Company and funded by the Government of the Netherlands; is implementing a project to develop the marketing and competitiveness capabilities for micro, small or medium-sized enterprises in Gaza Strip (MSME). Within the project, an internship opportunity in quality control engineering for six months for fresh graduates is available; with a possibility of obtaining a fixed contract for interns who prove their capabilities and contribute to developing the company’s performance during the internship period.

Zakout Company was established by 1995 in Gaza Strip. Zakout is a leading company in the metal industry sector in Gaza Strip. In 2003 the company expanded its operation in both the wood & plastic sectors by including school & office furniture production lines.

Job Purpose:

Supervise the implementation of Initial, In-Process, and Final Inspection Quality Plans. In addition to handling the complete inventory of received and stored materials.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the initial, in-process, and final inspection quality plans.


• Controlling the receiving and issuance of warehouses materials beside the supervision of periodical inventory auditing.


• Supervise the implementation of quality plans and act as a production foreman.


• Verify the inspection of all incoming material and certify the test records.


• Verify the tests done by production personnel through samples testing and/or product verifications.


• As deputy of the Operations Manager approve issuance of finished products from production to storage/ dispatching.


• Supervise the corrective and preventive actions for any nonconforming materials.


• Coordinate with production sections to eliminate nonconformity sources.


• Follow up the recycling of nonconformity materials or the disposition procedure in all sections.


• Prepare and submit to the Production Manager all required test records, and weekly scrap/ wastage report.


• Following up showroom's client’s inquiries and other tenders and making sure of implementation within the specified time and according to the required specifications and quality standards.
