The chamber of commerce is a nationally organized union entity representing the private sector in the Governorate with membership open to all involved in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, individually or as a company, in areas of, trade, Industry, services, arts and craft in addition to contractors. The law requires those who owns an establishment in the fields mentioned previously to become a member of the Chamber.
The general assembly members have the rights to elect, nominate and being elected to the Chamber’s Board of Directors according the Chamber’s bylaws and they contribute in setting up the chamber’s policies through their participation in the Chamber’s various activities and projects.
