The Chamber of Commerce in Qalqiliya Governorate was found as an institution and a trade union under all policies and economic status to be an incubator for all sectors of the governorate. The delay in the establishment of a Chamber of Commerce until 1972 was due to the economic situation and the successive catastrophes of Palestine and the hindrance of economic, commercial, industrial and agricultural growth. The first elections were held with the participation of traders in the governorate of Qalqilya. On February 15, 1973, there were 217 members of traders, It was in 2011.
The Chamber of Commerce is managed by an elected Board of Directors consisting of (9) members of the elected traders.
The Qalqilya Chamber of Commerce falls under the umbrella of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry and is responsible for the policy-making of the Chamber of Commerce.
The internal structure of the Chamber of Commerce in Qalqilya consists of the following:
