About Us

The General Secretariat seeks excellence in its work as a supporter and regulator of the work of the Council of Ministers, improving government performance, contributing to the setting of national governmental priorities according to the needs of the Palestinian citizens and their concerns.

Our Goals:

Supporting and supporting the Council of Ministers to carry out the tasks entrusted to it by its members and members.
Communicating with the Palestinian citizen, communicating his voice, expressing his needs, and conveying his concerns and recommendations to decision makers in various governmental institutions.
Improve the performance of government institutions and their services.

Our tasks:

Provide all forms of legal, technical, administrative and logistical support and support to the Council of Ministers so that it can hold its meetings and carry out its tasks to the fullest extent.
Preparing the agendas of the meetings of the Council of Ministers, drafting the minutes, recommendations and issuing the governmental decisions, announcing them and keeping them according to the latest methods and specifications.
Follow up the work of the ministerial committees, and provide all forms of technical, legal, administrative and logistical support and support, so that the ministerial committees can carry out their tasks and hold their meetings and submit their recommendations to the Council of Ministers to take the necessary decisions thereon.
Follow-up the implementation of the government program and government decisions with all relevant authorities and make the necessary recommendations thereon to the Council of Ministers.
Preparation of reports to the Council of Ministers on the government performance of ministries and government institutions, and regular communication with all non-ministerial governmental institutions and institutionalize their work as the Council of Ministers.
Communicate with the Palestinian citizen and work to communicate his voice through opinion polls and research reports that monitor the Palestinian reality on the ground and raise
Its recommendations to the Council of Ministers or to the relevant governmental bodies to take the necessary action.
To communicate with all governmental service institutions and work with them to provide the best services to citizens at the lowest possible time, effort, cost, accuracy, transparency and responsibility, and to urge all institutions to prepare, publish and update procedural evidence continuously.
Review the proposed laws before the Council of Ministers and provide legal opinion thereon, and prepare governmental regulations and regulations in coordination with or against all relevant parties.
