The Center is an independent Palestinian non-profit organization that specializes in strategic policies and studies of the highest quality in the political sphere and its social, economic and cultural dimensions. It is governed by Articles 23, 24 and 25 of the Higher Education Law No. 11 of 1998 concerning scientific research centers.
