The PUMP is a three years program financed by the AFD aiming to develop the Palestinian Industry with a specific focus on 5 sectors: Metal & Paper, Plastic, Food and Chemistry. More specifically, it seeks the improvement and sustainability of the competitiveness of Palestinian industrial enterprises through building their capability and capacity by using a grant fund. The Palestinian SMEs will strengthen their abilities to assess different company functions, to formulate the needs and to develop and implement the upgrading plans. The activities will facilitate market access and enhance technology transfer, productivity and quality to develop companies’ competitiveness.
