عن الورشة:
ما الذي تدور حوله السياسة ولماذا؟ ستحاول هذه الورشة موضعة هذه "المشكلة" في العديد من النصوص الفلسفية الغربية الكلاسيكية (وبعض النصوص التي لا يمكن تصنيفها على أنها كلاسيكية). ورغم تفحّص العديد من الطروحات حول هذا الموضوع، لا تسعى الورشة (حتى لحظتها) إلى إيجاد "حلول" لأي شيء، ولكنها ستستكشف كيف ولماذا تتشابك الأفكار حول "السياسة" و"الأخلاق" مع أسئلة حول "جوهر" الواقع (ما هي أنواع الواقع الموجودة؟) بالإضافة إلى نقاش العديد من الطروحات التي تدعم أو تناهض "التجرّد" من الظروف "الواقعية". سنتحدث في هذه الورشة عن منهجيات القراءة وإعادة تشكيل طروحات وخطاب الأفكار السياسية ومضامينها العديدة. سترافقنا في هاتين الجلستين مصطلحات العدالة والثبات والدولة والسبب والمعضلة والعنف والمثالية والواقع والعنصرية العرقية والأبوية والكولونيالية والتنوير والواقعية والإمكانية وغيرها من المصطلحات التي يرغب المشتركون في إدراجها في النقاش.

لوس دولير:
فيلسوفة ومحاضِرة أدائية وباحثة نظرية في الإعلام. درست الفلسفة والأدب ونظرية الإعلام والنوع الاجتماعي في ألمانيا وسويسرا والولايات المتحدة. ينصبّ تركيزها (في الغالب) على تاريخ الفلسفة (القاريّة) ومأسستها السياسية، بالإضافة إلى تطبيقاتها وتفككاتها واستحواذاتها النسوية والمناهضة للإمبريالية والمناهضة للرأسمالية.
تترجم رسالة الدكتوراه التي تعدها حاليًا عن ميتافيزيقيات سبيونزا اهتمامها طويل الأمد بتمثّلات اللانهاية. تهتم لوس بشكل خاص في بالنواحي الأدائية والاستعراضية للفلسفة، وتسليع العنف، والفنون البصرية وفنون الفيديو، والخيانة، وما بعد العلمانية، وتدمير الذات، والفاشية والإغراء في الوسائط المتعددة. للمزيد يرجى زيارة: www.getaphilosopher.com

About the workshop:

Title: "What's your problem?!" The essence of politics and its aberrations
What is politics about? And why is that? We will try to locate this problem in various classical (and some not so classical) texts of Western political philosophy. Though looking at various arguments, we will not (yet) try to 'solve' anything. We will find that, how and why ideas of 'politics' and 'ethics' are intertwined with questions of the 'essence' of reality ('which kinds of reality are there?') and various arguments for and against 'abstraction' from 'actual' conditions. We will talk about methodologies of reading, reconstruct syntax and argumentation of political thought and their various implications. 'Justice,' 'stability,' 'the state,' 'reason,' 'aporia,' 'violence,' 'ideality,' 'reality,' 'racism,' 'patriarchy,' 'colonialism,' 'enlightenment,' 'actuality,' 'possibility,' and other terms will join us for the show - accompanied by whatever else you decide to bring to the table.

Luce deLire is a philosopher, performer and media theorist. She studied philosophy, literature, media theory and gender studies in Germany, Switzerland and the USA, focusing (mostly) on the (continental) history of philosophy and its political institutionalization, as well as their feminist, anti-imperialist and anti-capitalist appropriations / applications / decompositions.
A long-standing interest in figurations of infinity is currently pursued in her PhD on Spinoza's metaphysics. Luce has special interests in the performative aspects of philosophy, the commodification of violence, visual and video art of all kinds, treason, post secularism, self destruction, fascism and seduction – all in mixed media.
