Al Huda Group started off as an Oil distributor in the West Bank at 1980, on the hand of the Chairman and founder Mr. Tarek Natasha. The initial expansion of the company began in the 1990s, with depots being set up in different parts of Palestine. In the 1998 Al Huda moved into new areas of business, with the acquisition of a number of full service stations including supermarkets, maintenance and tools shops (Lazmack), vehicles maintenance and car wash. In addition, to more than 35 transportation vehicles operated by 350 staff member to efficient fuel delivery to homes, farms and businesses. Also, Al Huda Group is the exclusive distributor of the fines European lubricants TOTAL in Palestine.
Geographically Al Huda expanded into 12 major stations in a spread of business over the Palestinian territories. These stations were a feature of the company's expansion in the 2000s as Al Huda built up important strongholds around the rural areas of Palestine. In 2003 Al Huda group took full advantage of new technology and all stations were linked together, an essential element in getting customer, credit, stock and pricing information to the stations. In 2010 the company underwent a major change in corporate identity, as new business services unified under the name of Al Huda Group.

As al Huda Group is committed to the operation of its facilities in a manner that puts the safety of its workers, its contractors, its community, the environment and the principles of sustainable development above all else. Whenever issues of safety conflict with other corporate objectives, safety shall be the first consideration.
Through these actions, we believe we are positioned to respond to market conditions and achieve sustainable and responsible long-term uranium production as the World’s demand for clean, affordable nuclear energy continues to grow.
