What this workshop about?
When we are trying to understand whether the startup or feature we want to build is a good idea or not, we have a natural tendency to use mental shortcuts which can result in incorrect judgement.

For example, because we believe our feature or startup idea is awesome, we may interpret everything that a potential customer says as "yes they want this!". Or, we may influence our team members and potential customers to respond in a way that we want them to so that we can push the project forward. In this workshop, you will learn how to spot various types of cognitive biases and tools to help you overcome them.
