Utilizes various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates
Contact applicants to inform them about the employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
Build talent pipeline by sourcing candidates using different databases and tools
Evaluate and screen resumes, provides a shortlist of qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers
Boost the company presence in educational institutes, hi-tech community, and representing the company in recruitment events and sessions.
Head-hunting talents from the local and international markets.
