Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Define, elicit business requirements and ensure that business needs are translated into comprehensive requirements. And are successfully implemented.


2. Assist in the design, implenetaion, documentation, testing and maintenance of business processes.


3. Search constantly to improve business practices and efficiencies.


4. Work with software developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and effciency.


5. Search, review, and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and processes.


6. Participate in the development process and advise on financial and operations related topics.


7. Serve as a bridge between functional and technical teams and continuously interact with colleagues at the IT, accounting and finance .
