We are seeking for English speakers for retention positions to customers worldwide with a limited
contract. We invite you to join and be a leader in our international call center.

This ad is for sales & service oriented people, who wish to specialize in the field of language
tuition and student counseling.

 Working in a fast-paced call center environment to make outbound retention calls to customers
who have recently obtained and/or upgraded services on their account or asking to cancel. You
might answer questions regarding billing, how a particular product works, what type of service is
available, and so on. Companies work hard to get new customers and people in Retention,
ensure that those customers understand, and are happy with their services. If there is any issue,
you’d attempt to solve them so customers remain happy with their service and purchase. In
instances where an issue is outside your Department, you would transfer the customer to the
relevant department. Most important in the Retention description is patience and attention to
customer satisfaction.

Location: Beit Jala, Industrial zone, near dighool pool, Alworod hall previously- Palestine

Duties & Responsibilities:

Build and repair customer relationships by understanding unique needs and resolving issues
effectively
In a call center setting, help customer who need to improve their skills, by selling them new
courses, helping students to understand our policies, or processing renewals, cancellations,
reinstatements, and payments.
Educate customers on our products and services and to sell additional products & services.
