JCE is registered in the Engineers Association as a consultancy and engineering firm, the registration # is 1486. It is founded and Managed by MSc, CE Engineer Abdelhakeem Al Jawhari who is an Accredited Consultant Engineer in Engineering Structures and Engineering Project Management. He is also an Accredited Arbitrator by the Palestinian Ministry of Justice and the Palestinian International Arbitration Chamber-PIAC
There is a flexibility and capacity to work as individual consultant or through JCE as engineering consultancy office.
